Hamburg signs Alen Halilovic from Barcelona on four-year deal
Hamburg have signed midfielder Alen Halilovic from Barcelona for €5 million.
Halilovic, 20, joins the Bundesliga side on a four-year contract after spending last season on loan at Sporting Gijon.
The Croatia international was a regular for Sporting, although he never managed to make his first-team debut in the league for Barca following his arrival from Dinamo Zagreb in 2014.

Barca have the option to buy Halilovic back within the first two years of his stay at Hamburg for €10 million.
Barcelona signed Halilovic from Dinamo Zagreb in 2014 for 2.2 million euros. He played for its reserve team before joining Sporting Gijon on loan last season.
