Pakistan Women beats Nepal Women by 9 wickets

Pakistan Women beats Nepal Women by 9 wickets in the Asian Cricket Council Women’s Cup Twenty20 Asia Cup held at Asian Institute of Technology Ground, Thailand on Saturday.

Chasing 48 runs for victory Pakistan reached the target in 10 overs losing only one wicket. Ayesha Zafar made 26 runs off 35 balls smashing 3 fours for Pakistan.

Nepal won the toss and opted to bat first. Losing all wickets, Nepal were restricted to 47 runs in 18.1 overs.

Captain Rubina Chhetry top-scored 11 runs off 33 balls,while Indu Barma and Jyoti Pandey contributed 8 runs each.

For Pakistan, Anam Amin, Sana Mir and Sadia Yousuf took two wickets each.

Nepal will play their second match against Sri Lanka on November 28th at the same venue.
